Optimal Cardio Fitness

This is a cardio class designed to increase your heart rate, burn calories and fat, without the impact on your joints. I promise you will sweat in the class, and get a great workout! We will spend 45 min. on cardio & cool down, and then 15 min. on strength. You will need water and hand weights. This class is fun and has always had a waitlist. Now anyone can join online!

Core and More

We will stretch and strengthen the abdominals, obliques, chest, back, and bum! There will be some cardiovascular training as well. We will work out every muscle of the body except your ear lobes. You will need a chair and hand weights. This class is extremely popular!

Balance Class

Balance is so important as we age. This class is mostly standing with a chair(s) used for support if needed. We will spend time on balances, strengthening the lower body, agility, coordination, footwork, and brain work. We will spend 15 minutes in the chair for strength training and stretching. This class is perfect to help prevent falls!

Electronic Waiver

Before you can take your first class, you must read and sign the Electronic Waiver.

I would love to hear from you if you are new! Email me at LongevityFitnessbyChristy@gmail.com and let me know if you have any questions. I will check to make sure I have received your Electronic Waiver as well. I can then help explain how things work! 

Pay Online 

Use the secure online Payment function to pay for the classes you are interested in. 

Next Steps

Once you sign the Electronic Waiver, introduce yourself, and pay for the class, I will send you an email containing the Zoom link to the class, along with the days and times the class will be held online.

 

Please know you need to have a computer or tablet with Internet access to be able to access the Zoom class. If you are new to Zoom, you will be asked to create a free account with them. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Want to try a FREE CLASS?

If you are a new participant, send me an email at LongevityFitnessbyChristy@gmail.com and I will send you a waiver to fill out and return. Once I receive the waiver, I will send you a Zoom link to a FREE CLASS!  All you have to do is click on the link and take your free class. If you are interested in joining, send me another e-mail!
